These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Aapna Vyapar, including the website at aapnavyapar.com and the ERP platform at erp.aapnavyapar.com. Please read these Terms carefully before using our service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, paying for a subscription, or accessing any part of the Aapna Vyapar platform, you confirm that:

2 Description of Service

Aapna Vyapar is a cloud-based ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platform designed for wholesale textile businesses in India. The service includes:

3 Account Registration

To use Aapna Vyapar, you must create an account by providing your name, business name, email address and mobile number, and choosing a password. You agree to:

One website account can be linked to one ERP organisation. If you need additional organisations or users, please contact us.

4 Subscription Plans & Payments

Access to the ERP requires an active paid subscription. We offer three plans:

5 Refund Policy

No refunds are issued once a subscription is activated and ERP access has been granted, as the service is immediately available upon payment.

6 Your Data & Intellectual Property

Your data is yours. All business data you enter into the ERP — orders, parties, invoices, inventory, payments — remains your property at all times.

Our platform is ours. The Aapna Vyapar software, design, code, and brand are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform during your active subscription.

You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Aapna Vyapar platform.

7 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Aapna Vyapar only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

8 Service Availability

We aim to keep Aapna Vyapar available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Downtime may occur due to:

On termination, your access to the ERP is immediately revoked. Where termination is at our discretion due to a policy violation, no refund will be issued. We will provide reasonable notice for terminations unrelated to policy violations.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Aapna Vyapar shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
